New steering concept for Kärcher BR 35/12 C walk-behind scrubber
27th of March 2015A new steering concept has been introduced by Kärcher to its compact walk-behind scrubber dryer BR 35/12 C. KART (Kärcher Advanced Response Technology) is designed to offer maximum manoeuvrability, because the steering wheel directly controls the machine’s brush head.
The company says this model is particularly light and easy to handle thanks to the maintenance-free lithium ion rechargeable battery. This makes it useful for use in narrow rooms and crowded spaces.
The steered brush head dictates the travel and cleaning direction while the propulsion force of the roller brush drives the machine forward, which Kärcher says is a new handling concept. It not only allows the user to clean away from a wall even at right angles and reach right into corners, but also makes it quick and simple for users to learn how to use.
Thanks to the brush roller the BR 35/12 C can clean even highly structured floors. It can also be used for pre-sweeping, combining the functions sweeping, scrubbing and drying.
