Surewash for mobile hand hygiene training and monitoring

SureWash is a mobile hand hygiene training and assessment unit for use on hospital wards. Designed to improve hand hygiene compliance, it uses a camera, video and graphics to offer engaging instruction and feedback in line with WHO hand hygiene protocol.
The training gives an overview of the importance of hand hygiene, pose by pose instruction and assessment, and finally an evaluation of the complete hand hygiene event - in real time. Records are retained for audit purposes.
The SureWash programme takes around four minutes and can be done at any time of day without leaving the ward.
