European association FIDEN holds annual conference

European professional cleaning association FIDEN held its annual conference in Naples, Italy. Attended by participants from Germany, Italy, Malta, Austria, Romania, Switzerland and Spain, the theme for the meet was Creating Added Value - For and Through Industrial Cleaning.
Speakers included Toni D'Andrea of Afidamp, Markus Asch of EUnited Cleaning, AFED's Matteo Marino, Benno Locher from the Parity Commission for the Cleaning Industry in Switzerland, and Mario Podrazil from Simacek FM Group in Austria.
Bernd Heilmann, former president of EUnited Cleaning and Hako-Werke director, was awarded the FIDEN prize in recognition of his outstanding commitment to the interests of industrial cleaning in Europe.
The next FIDEN conference will take place from September 13-16 in Cracow, Poland.
