US Pumice Company produces non-toxic cleaners under the brand name Pumie for porcelain, ceramic tile, and steel surfaces.
Pumie products are said to avoid the need for scrubbing with brushes and pads. According to the company they work on contact to effectively erase stains, grime, rust and scale from surfaces using a mild abrasive action.
The Flex-Scour flexible scrubbing screen is designed for use on curved or round surfaces and can remove rust, paint, mineral deposits, grease and carbonised food deposits.
