Tork launches podcast on the future of the industry
1st of May 2014Hygiene products supplier Tork has launched a podcast which discusses the future of the facility service and cleaning industry. Featuring Andreas Lill of the European Federation of Cleaning Industries (EFCI) and Kenth Kaerhoeg of ISS, it discusses the key challenges being faced.
The Future of the Facility Service Industry lasts for 30 minutes and is available globally. It addresses the challenges being faced by facility service companies to increase quality while decreasing costs. Other subjects discussed include increased consolidation, attracting staff and retaining them, new technology and changing workplaces.
"As a supplier to the FSC industry we follow its development closely, and we notice how the paradox to simultaneously increase quality and decrease costs puts constant pressure on FSC companies to develop their operations," said Tork product and segment manager Charlotte Branwhite.
"As well as developing new products and solutions to facilitate this, we aim to offer knowledge and inspiration with this initiative; to meet future trends and identify new business opportunities."
