Sofidel makes US acquisition

The Sofidel Group, tissue manufacturer with its headquarters in Italy, has bought the the US company Cellynne Holdings, a well established name in the away-from-home market there.
Cellynne has production facilities in Florida, Nevada and Wisconsin with a capacity of over 70,000 tonnes per year. The Sofidel Group now has a total annual production capacity of over one million tonnes.
Sofidel is best known in the European away-from-home market with its Papernet brand.
