This forum will share experiences from an international panel of inspiring leaders, including Lydia Work, ceo of American Paper Company; Dr. Ilham Kadri, president of Diversey Care (global) and vice president, officer of Sealed Air Corporation; Marie-Paule Nowlis, vice president of guest experience and operations at Sofitel; and facilitated by Dianna Steinbach, director of industry outreach at ISSA.

Learn about how this significantly important piece of European regulation will have implications for the commercial cleaning market, including importers. Speakers will include representatives from major contributors, including Valerie Fotheringham, chief microbiologist of Evans Vanodine International and a member of the European CEN TC 216 Committee responsible for disinfectants and antiseptics. CEN is the only recognised European organisation for the planning, drafting, and adoption of European standards in all areas of economic activity. This session will be followed by an open forum.
