German design award deadline approaches

The organisers of the Cleaning.Management.Services (CMS) exhibition, which takes place in Berlin from September 20-23, are inviting exhibitors to submit their entries to this year’s Purus Award by May 25.
The Purus Award focuses on good design and the produces entered are judged on styling and functionality in equal measure. For the first time this year the International Design Centre Berlin (IDZ) is collaborating with the organisers and one of its representatives will take part in the judging.
Prizes will be presented in five categories – Machines; Equipment; Washroom Hygiene; Management and Solutions; and Packaging Design. All entries will be presented to the judging panel and the winners displayed in a special area during the CMS show.
