CSSA launches UK management training
9th of July 2012The Cleaning and Support Services Association (CSSA) - the organisation representing cleaning service companies in the UK - has launched a diploma in cleaning management.
This, it says, provides new managers in the industry with the skills and knowledge required to deliver good customer service, manage their staff well and grow profitability for their employers.
Andrew Large, CSSA chief executive explained: "This course represents a major investment in the future of cleaning in the UK. We firmly believe the quality of front line management is fundamental to the delivery of good service and this course will improve precisely that management talent within the UK cleaning sector."
The programme is being powered by Cleanwise Training and delivered in association with Drury PSM.
Courses can be delivered throughout the UK and are currently available to CSSA members only.
