The countdown is now on to the ISSA/INTERCLEAN Central & Eastern Europe exhibition which takes place in Warsaw from April 24-26.

Alongside the show this year there will be a comprehensive seminar programme. Themes include the cleaning industry in Russian-speaking countries; training for facilities managers; skills development/certification; designing cleaning-friendly buildings; and dealing with chemical waste. Note that some seminars are held in Polish language only, with no translation.

And new at the exhibition this year is the MiniSkills competition. This will see cleaning operatives perform specific cleaning tasks on the show floor, to be judged by specialists in specific areas. The areas being covered are stripping and removing polymer; crystallising; cleanroom technology and steam cleaning.
