ECJ EUROPEAN Cleaning Journal

The organisers of the CMS cleaning exhibition, taking place in Berlin from September 24-27, are now inviting exhibitors to submit their entries for this year's Purus awards.

There are five categories - Machines, Equipment, Washroom Hygiene, Management Systems and Software, and Brand Communication. Products competing for this design-led award will be judged on styling and functionality.

The judges say there will also be a strong emphasis on sustainability - that means ecological quality, product life cycle, use of ecologically sustainable resources/degradable materials, ease of dismantling and repair. They will also be looking for brand presence - brand-oriented design, design-driven brand recognition, adherence to design intentions and logic as part of the product range.
