German cleaning show CMS to host second congress

The organisers of this year's CMS 2015 cleaning exhibition in Berlin, Germany, have announced plans for the second International CMS Congress which will be held alongside the show.
The theme will be People and the Market, emphasising the particular importance of people in our market. The presentations and panel discussions will aim to identify the available workforce potential and the kind of employees that will be needed in the future.
The discussions will also explore whether market requirements, and therefore the demand for services, will change in the foreseeable future, and whether the available workforce potential can cope with this situation.
Other themes will include the implications of demographic changes, an increase in pandemics and infections, and the demand for hospital capacity, care facilities and private care services.
Supporting the International CMS Congress are trade organisations the European Federation of Cleaning Industries (EFCI), the European Cleaning Machines Association (EUnited) and the International Association for Soaps, Detergents and Maintenance Products (AISE).
The event will take place on September 23-24 during the CMS exhibition at the Berlin Exhibition Grounds. Presentations will be translated simultaneously into German, English and French.
