ISSA/INTERCLEAN award finalists announced |
The nine finalists for the ISSA/INTERCLEAN Innovation Award 2010 have been selected by the international trade jury. The winners will be announced on the first day of the Amsterdam exhibition, Monday April 26.
This year's competition attracted 82 entries, a seven per cent increase on the last one in 2008. There are three categories:
Machines, accessories and components Equipment/tools for cleaning, care and safety Cleaning management and training solutions
In the Machines, accessories and components category the finalists are Hako-Werke for the Hako AntiBac antibacterial dirty water tank; IPC Gansow for the CT40 BT50 ECS scrubber dryer; and Kärcher for the BD 50/40 RS cleaning machine.
In Equipment/tools for cleaning, care and safety the finalists are Baudoin Wash-Systems with its Travelator Cleaner; MGS International for the FIT Floormop Injection Tool; and The Clean Air Factory for the product BLOE Connect.
In the Cleaning management and training solutions section the finalists are Alpheios International for Vive Sustainability Scan; Avista Time for Avista Entré; and Freudenberg Household Products for Vileda Professional E-College.
The 2010 jury is made up of:
