 A new exhibition targeting facilities managers, estates professionals, and product and service suppliers will take place in Abu Dhabi later this year. The Property Management & Maintenance Show 2010 will be held from November 29-30 at the National Exhibition Centre.
Organiser Quartz Publishing and Exhibitions says there are currently around 3,400 civil building projects valued at $1.35 trillion active in the Gulf region. Once completed, these projects need to be managed and maintained.
The Property Management & Maintenance Show 2010 will combine exhibition and seminar content - sessions will be free of charge to all visitors. Topics covered will include: sustainability, hospital hygiene, energy efficiency and general facilities management.
Alongside the event, Quartz is launching an electronic magazine for the market - PMM Middle East - which will publish its first edition in May.
